Presiding over the 1st tee of the Jack Nicklaus designed St Francis Links, St Francis Golf Lodge is a place where golf enthusiasts can escape to indulge their favourite pastime and relax in the beautiful surrounds of St Francis Bay 

Thoughtful service, laid back comfort, and the opportunity to test your mettle on the award winning Links course, is all part of the St Francis Golf Lodge experience.

The Lodge comprises two five bedroom houses adjacent to each other and it is located within walking distance of The Links Clubhouse. Guests have access to both houses and the facilities are shared by all. Each house has a spacious open plan lounge and dining room area with an honesty bar and covered patios with outdoor furniture.

Stay in one of our 10 stylish en-suite rooms each equipped with a tea tray, ceiling fan, heater, safe, hairdryer and flat screen TV’s with hospitality DSTV channels. 8 of our Double/Twin en-suite bedrooms have walk-in showers, double vanities and standing balconies with views of the golf course, the ocean and the mountains in the distance. 

The remaining 2 Double/Twin bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms (shower bath, single vanity) as well as large private patios with outdoor showers. These rooms do not have views of the golf course but they are more spacious and are at street/entrance level (no stairs).

A GENUINE LINKS COURSE - The Humewood Golf course has been designed with wide and undulating fairways, fast greens and thick coastal bush. A round is a must for any golfer visiting the 'Friendly City' of Port Elizabeth.

Opened in 1931 in the coastal city of Gqeberha, the golf course is a genuine seaside links, with wide and undulating fairways, fast greens and thick coastal bush. Rated the 9th best course in South Africa and the 97th Best Course in the World.

The Humewood Golf course has been designed with wide and undulating fairways, fast greens and thick coastal bush. A round is a must for any golfer visiting the ‘Friendly City’ of Port Elizabeth.

Today, Humewood is still one of only a few genuine seaside links courses found outside of Britain.
