- 50% of rate if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival.
- 75% of rate if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.

- Check in time is 14:00 hours. If guests are due to arrive before 14:00 hours, we recommend booking from the night before, which will be charged at a full night charge for the early check-in.
Check out time is 11:00 hours. Early Departure - Full charges will be applied in the event of early check out in accordance with the original reservation and accompanying voucher. - No Show - In the event of a no-show, the ‘Hotel’ will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of the confirmed booking. The subsequent room nights will be released for resale.

• Additional child sharing from the age of 0 - 3 is free of charge. Ages from 4 upwards will require own room.
