- Pure love and literary inspiration at the Adults Only, Virginie and Paul were lovers. When Virginie drowned on the sailing ship Saint Geran off the Mauritius North East Coast during a cyclone, Paul was so devastated that he died shortly after of a broken heart.
- The story was immortalized by JH Bernardin de Sainte-Pierre in 1787 and has become a definition of true love. And so has this resort. Recently renovated this adult only hotel is a romantic hideaway for two. Dotted with sun beds, love nests and hammocks, this is a cocoon of beauty and tranquility.
- ACCOMMODATION
- Comfort Rooms (Size: 32m2)
- These lovely rooms, adorned with pale wood and a tinge of orange and sea views are equipped with a private balcony or terrace surveying the bluest lagoon, offering serenity and privacy.
- Superior Rooms (Size: 32 - 38m2)
- Rooms are spacious and ideal for a couple with the welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The balcony or terrace are ideal spots for "sea gazing".
- Privilege Rooms (Size: 42m2)
- The sea-facing rooms with wide spaces and discreet decor are conducive to long midday naps. From the balcony or terrace catch a glimpse of the blue expanse of the sea.
- Additional facilities for Privilege Room guests include a Nespresso machine, a pillow menu, a la carte dinner on a daily basis at St Geran (excluding seafood) and one full day catamaran cruise (once per stay) including open bar and lunch on board (departure from hotel jetty and weather permitting). Minimum 7 nights stay required. The cruise is neither transferable nor payable in case a guest decides to cancel or if hotel cancelling due to bad weather.
