Travelers can weave between centuries of history and contemporary urban energy within compact neighbourhoods.
Major attractions include Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Market, each providing immersive cultural experiences. Museums, historic churches and Ottoman-era architecture are concentrated in Sultanahmet and Karaköy, while Beyoğlu and Galata offer lively arts, cafés and nightlife.
